  5. Boy I do love these lists, Bee. Also, that quote IS perfect.

I am certainly one for doing the same re: lists, or telling myself to be organised, keeping a diary for a few days and then (without any thought) stopping doing so!! I still have yet to pick up Bossypants, though I've bookmarked it (that and Art as Therapy, I've wanted to read it for ages, and it's a subject I find terrifically interesting!!). I do hope that bestie of yours is having an amazing time!

Sometimes we have to deal with the complicated, thought it's hard, and it can hurt, to get to those moments that are less so, or completely un-complicated. That's how we appreciate them as much as we do. Brighter days are sure to come, the sun always arrives, and sometimes when we think we'll never see it's face again. But she'll pop up when you least expect her, and give you a moment to breathe, sunbeams tickling your skin. As for luck? I'm keeping toes and fingers crossed for you. And worries? You know I'm the queen of this, my dear friend, but when times are complicated, the days seem dull and bleak, we have to try and let certain things go. I understand this isn't always possible (and I'm more thank likely to hold on things too tightly) but stepping back, taking the deepest of breaths, and shrugging those worries off - at least those little, niggly ones - can make all the difference. Change doesn't have to be a bad or a negative thing; it may look that way, but take and embrace that step, with a smile on your face, and I'm sure things will feel different.

    You'll get there. I promise.
